In the past, there was a proverb which said that the left hand must not be aware of the charity that is done by the right hand.
Well, not all celebrities like to flaunt the charity work they do.
Apparently, Shruti Haasan loves to do charity anonymously. However, since people don’t believe you when you say that you do charity anonymously, Shruti is now talking about a few of her contributions.
Shruti is said to have sponsored food for 10 beggars at Chennai’s Subramanya Swamy temple on all Tuesdays for two months.

She also got tests done for a temple priest when he fell ill. Though these are just two examples, it is said that she does many more acts of charity.
Since one makes money with the blessings of god, Shruti’s spiritual guru is said to have advised her to donate some amount from her earnings in charity.
So, Kamal Haasan’s little girl got to know that her wealth would only increase with these acts of charity.
Shruti also feels that if all other leading actors make contributions like her, the world would be a much better place.
