Only Magadheera, No Kick!!!

From a time, Bollywood is buzzing with the news that they are getting ready to remake magnum opus Telugu cinema 'Magadheera'. At a time there are rumours that Hrithik Roshan will star in the lead role and then Salman's name too popped up. But finally Shahid Kapoor was on board and director Sajid Nadiadwala confirms what he is upto with this flick.

Sajid happens to be a popular producer until 'Kick', as he wielded megaphone too for the Salman starrer which happens to be a remake of super hit Telugu movie 'Kick'. Since Salman's Kick became the 200 crore money spinner, tinsel towns are abuzz that a sequel is on the cards. Rubbishing off such reports, Sajid stated that he is focusing solely on Magadheera remake.

As that magnum opus is one of those tough flicks to be adapted to Hindi audiences provided with the complex screenplay magic of Rajamouli leaving a hard impact on every scene, Saijd wants a couple of more months to wrap the script. He confirmed that Shahid Kapoor is playing the lead, while female lead is yet to be finalized.
